Dear Beautiful International Customers... it looks like shipping regulations for cosmetics will be changing and come into effect 1/1/2013... Ugh, I'm sorry this sucks!! I am hoping it would have a positive rather then negative impact but until I get more information and details I will have to stop shipping out over seas for a while starting 1/1/2012 =(
